Your tasks would be...
- Designing optimal user experiences (UX) across Wellster’s direct-to-patient platforms
- Extending Wellster’s visual identity across a growing brand portfolio and elevating visual storytelling
- Acting as a research-driven designer who derives customer insights, identifies UX improvements, and builds design solutions that drive conversion
- Applying customer insights to solve design problems while balancing user experience, functionality, and aesthetics
- Shaping our digital product experience by providing developers with clear design concepts and mockups
- Advocating for user testing, adapting user personas and hypotheses based on research findings
- Collaborating with stakeholders across Commercial Development, Brand, Tech & Online Product, and Marketing to deliver the best possible brand experience across all touchpoints
You will fit well, when…
- Hold a university degree in communication/media design, graphic design, or a comparable qualification
- Have 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a related field
- Are highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere)
- Are proficient with Figma
- Are familiar with AI tools like Midjourney and analytics platforms like Microsoft Clarity
- Have experience using Jira for workflow management
- Are an excellent team player with a hands-on mentality and collaborative mindset
- Bring strong creativity and keep up-to-date with the latest design trends
- Are data-driven and detail-oriented, valuing metrics and performance as much as aesthetics
- Are fluent in English; German is a plus
