Your mission
- Support the development and execution of data-driven growth marketing strategies
- Identify growth opportunities along the marketing funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue)
- Create performance-focused content for digital channels (e.g. landing pages, paid ads, social media)
- Research and analyze market and competitor information
- Support in organizing marketing events and campaigns
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to support data-informed decision-making
- Work closely with external agencies, tech partners, and industry stakeholders
Your profile
- Enrolled student (m/f/x) in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of marketing, preferably with some practical experience
- Curiosity for data-driven decision-making and digital business models
- Independent and proactive work style
- Hands-on mindset, team player, and eager to experiment and learn fast
- Good communication skills in both English and German

Cofinity-X GmbH is based in Cologne and was founded in 2023. It is a joint venture of BASF, BMW Group, Henkel, Mercedes-Benz, SAP, Schaeffler, Siemens, T-Systems, Volkswagen and ZF. The vision of Cofinity-X is to run an open marketplace for the provision of own and third-party business applications and further services that enable secured and standardized data transfer along the automotive value chain in accordance with the Gaia-X and Catena-X principles with initial focus on the European market.
