SHAPE THE FUTURE OF PRIVACY WITH USERCENTRICS
We’re looking for a Working Student in Event Marketing to join our dynamic, cross-functional marketing team. In this part-time role (20 hours/week), you will support our Senior Event Marketing Manager and Senior Events Enablement Manager in creating and delivering seamless virtual and in-person brand experiences.
You will gain hands-on experience with event planning and execution, develop operational marketing skills, and have the opportunity to contribute to impactful awareness and engagement campaigns — all while learning from experienced marketers in a fast-paced, international environment.
YOUR TASKS
- Assisting in the coordination and logistics for events such as trade shows, webinars, and internal activities.
- Supporting inventory management, delivery tracking, and ensuring that merchandise, booth materials, and promotional items are ready and available for use.
- Helping execute virtual events using platforms like Zoom and Livestorm (setup, technical run-throughs, and follow-up).
- Maintaining internal documentation including checklists, shipment trackers, and vendor information.
- Supporting post-event activities, such as organizing debriefs, collecting feedback, and assisting in performance reporting.
YOU BRING
- Currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Communications, Business Studies, Event Management, or a related field.
- Initial experience (e.g., internship or previous student role) in event coordination, marketing, or project assistance is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a hands-on mindset.
- A collaborative and proactive work style, comfortable operating across teams.
- Familiarity with digital tools like Google Workspace, webinar platforms (Zoom, Livestorm), and task management tools (e.g. Asana).
- Fluent in English; German or other languages are a bonus.
- Bonus: Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe) or copywriting experience.
