• Design and develop the brand and visual design at Circula.
• Bring a systematic approach to structure design assets and workflows.
• Work closely with internal teams, creating a cohesive visual consistency and continuity to establish brand guidelines and bring those to all asset types.
• Design our digital and print assets, email marketing campaigns, website visuals, social media styles and internal presentations.
• Create designs and UX for websites and landing pages.
• Support various teams including Content Marketing, Product Marketing, PR and Employer Branding with your design expertise.

• Qualifications. You have minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Visual or Brand Designer, Art and/or Video/Animation, ideally with a passion for tech startups.

• Ownership. You are structured and organized, managing different topics at the same time without compromising the quality of your work to drive projects to completion.

• Drive. You create high quality designs, bringing visual consistency and continuity to a brand across all deliverables by telling a coherent and compelling story.

• Collaboration. You love working on concepts, creating ideas together with the rest of the team.

• Growth Mindset. You are skilled in design tools, such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign).

• Languages. You are business fluent in English and German.
