The position can be filled as part time position.
As a senior member of SAP’s Solution Area GTM Strategy & Transformation team, you will define and evolve the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for a selected set of SAP’s Solution Areas. In close collaboration with senior Solution Area GTM leadership as well as Strategy & Operations (S&O) teams, you will help identify new growth opportunities, align business priorities, and drive unified transformation across regions and business units. Your work will directly support strategic planning, execution, and value realization across SAP’s GTM functions.
W
hat you'll do
rive Strategic Growth: Support and represent CROs in corporate programs aimed at long-term growth, across inorganic (M&A, strategic partnerships, etc.) and organic initiatives (e.g., new product launches). Provide strategic guidance on market trends and competitive dynamics to inform executive decision-making. Collaborate closely with executive leadership to drive bookings, revenue, and adoption growth.
L
ead Solution Area GTM Strategy definition and planning: Shape and evolve the 3-Year Plan for Solution Areas from a GTM perspective, support related corporate cadences and reviews, and inform direction with market and competitive intelligence. Partner with the Corporate Portfolio team to ensure sales and marketing investments align with product strategy, SAP’s overall GTM direction, and solution roadmaps. Act as the primary interface between CROs and GTM Strategy & Operfations for annual planning processes.
E
nsure GTM Success in the GM-led Operating Model: Design and implement fundamental operating and organizational model changes within the Solution Area CROs units at both global and regional levels. Deliver ad-hoc strategic support for GTM leadership in executive forums.

5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting or corporate (GTM) strategy, ideally within SaaS or enterprise technology.

achelor’s degree in business administration or related field; advanced degree i.e. MBA or PhD preferred.
