The Role
Are you passionate about turning complex challenges into elegant design solutions? As a UI/UX Designer at Lucanet, you'll be at the heart of shaping the future of our TAX product lines. You'll collaborate with a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Business Analysts, and fellow Designers to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences that make a real difference for our customers. What you'll do
- Create functional and visually appealing features that address customer needs
- Collaborate with two product teams and the Product Design Lead to shape processes and hypotheses
- Drive cohesion across products and improve how Product Design impacts Lucanet
- Translate stakeholder input into actionable design solutions
- Structure and document your designs in Figma
What you bring to the table
- Minimum 4 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role
- Ability to simplify complex products and define clear priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and execution skills
- Experience supporting complex projects and working with development teams
- Proficiency in Figma and design documentation
