Your Role
As part of our team, you'll help ensure our pub runs smoothly, our standards stay high, and our guests have the best possible experience. That means:
- Operating an authentic Irish pub with warmth and personality.
- Creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere for sports, music, and celebrations.
- Overseeing a menu of home-cooked seasonal dishes, premium drinks, and contemporary cocktails.
- Leading a team that delivers service that’s friendly, positive, and professional, every time while making sure we’re continually exceeding expectations.
- Keeping operations efficient, structured, and well-managed.
