What can you expect with us?
Strategy Support & Project Delivery- Prepare presentations, briefings, and decision memos for the IT management team and the CIO Germany
- Contribute to the coordination of mid-term IT planning across teams and stakeholders
- Take ownership of small to mid-sized strategic initiatives or subprojects – including scoping, stakeholder alignment, and progress tracking
- Manage documentation, timelines, and reporting for selected initiatives within the strategy and CIO area
Planning & Governance
- Support the management of the IT project portfolio, including reporting structures, dashboards, and documentation
- Maintain and update organizational charts, role descriptions, and steering documents
- Coordinate governance and planning formats, such as strategy reviews and planning meetings
- Assist with annual planning activities and the structured documentation of decisions
Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and domain leads across IT to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and support the preparation of strategy- and planning-related analyses
- Manage internal tasks, document workflows, and content pipelines within the strategy area
- Direct contribution to the CIO Germany and the IT management team
What do you bring to the table?
- Completed university degree in business administration, information systems, social sciences, or a comparable field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in project work, planning, or strategic support – ideally in an IT-related or cross-functional environment
- Experience in leading small to mid-sized projects or initiatives is desirable
- Ability to structure complex topics and prepare them clearly and appropriately for senior stakeholders
- Strong skills in PowerPoint, PowerBI & Excel; experience with collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence, Miro, Jira, LeanIX) is a plus
- Independent, reliable, and well-organized working style
- Strong communication skills (English: C1; German: beneficial), integrity, and a professional demeanor
