Main Responsibilities:
- Based on the regional spare parts business plan, formulate a specific delivery schedule. Provide timely, efficient, and accurate spare parts services for the secure operation of the Digital Power Customers.
- Streamline the spare parts support solution, spare parts warranty sales, and delivery to ensure the achievement of the operating targets of the spare parts business.
- Monitoring spare parts inventory security and delivery plan management for all projects related to Smart PV, site Power, Datacenter, EV products, etc.
- Continuously optimize the spare parts network and inventory, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Manage the spare parts support requirement from Representative offices in Europe Region.
- Be responsible for spare parts stock monitoring and replenishment for all Regional Warehouses.
- Ensure cyber security and privacy protection for spare parts businesses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree of Economics/Supply Chain, or Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering.
- At least 1 year of a supply chain or logistics experience preferably from the Telecom industry.
- Be familiar with supply chain planning activities. Material planning background is preferred.
- Customer-focused, target-oriented, self-motivated, be able to take pressures and deal with multi-task and be good at prioritizing.
- Strong communication skills and be willing to work in a cross-culture environment.
- Language skills: fluent in Chinese and English
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office software. Intermediate Excel Skills.
