CCS Cleaning has an exciting opportunity for you in Grünheide!
We are looking for a Site Operations Manager to lead the cleaning operations for our client within the technology and automotive industry.
In this role, you will oversee the daily activities of cleaning supervisors and operatives, maintain strong client relations, and ensure that all cleaning operations meet our high standards of quality and safety.
You will also act as the primary point of contact between the client and our operations team, reporting to the country manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Coordination: Motivate supervisors and cleaning teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Delegate tasks appropriately and foster a positive, productive working environment.
- Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for the client, helping to maintain good communication and making sure their needs are met through regular check-ins and updates.
- Onboarding and Training: Ensure all team members have access to training programs that align with operational needs
- Performance Monitoring: Assist supervisors with planning staff schedules, keeping track of site activity, and supporting them in reaching performance goals.
- Budget coordination: Monitor the budget for the cleaning expenses, ensuring spending stays within the set budget.
- Safety and Compliance: Help ensure that safety procedures are followed on-site and report or respond to any issues that could impact team wellbeing.
Qualifications And Skills:
- English (B2) and German (B1) is required.
- Proven experience in operations or facilities management, ideally in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
- Team coordination skills.
- Strong communication skills, with a customer-focused approach to client relations.
- Ability to track KPIs and implement continuous improvements.
- Experience in maintaining high safety standards and compliance with regulations.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to challenges on-site.
