WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Support the development and implementation plan of global mobility policies and programs with the intent to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Provide expert advice and consultation to Candidate, Employees, Leaders, Business leaders and HR Business Partners on complex global mobility issues concerning immigration, relocation, taxation & Social Security regulation and payroll readiness.
Contribute to the overall global talent strategy of the organization and provide expert advisory to the business in special situations such as mergers, acquisitions, and international expansion from a talent mobility perspective.
Analyse Internal and external global mobility trends, regularly monitor changes in regulation and recommend best practices to our Internal Business units and customers.
Manage employment questions of international employees and leaders and enable their understanding of the compliance into employment, immigration and taxation related aspects in employee movements, and advise on mitigation measures when feasible.
Coordinate employment queries with other departments such as Payroll, Finance, Legal, Travel, and Compliance as well as third party vendors to ensure timely and high-quality mobility services are provided
Create, review and maintain international mobility templates, guidelines, instructions and provide process improvement and training to our internal teams
Build and maintain knowledge base on frequently addressed mobility and compliance use cases
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have a minimum 5+ years of practical experience and a solid knowledge of International Mobility (immigration, tax, law, mobility practices for different countries) in a large, complex organisation.
You have sound knowledge of international work arrangements, such as short-long term assignments, posted worker regulations in the EU and modern day flexible working solutions such ascross-border employment setups, including Employer of Record (EOR) and commuters.
You have proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, Finance, Legal and Tax
You have experience working with and managing relationships with external global mobility vendors, Immigration counsel and government authorities.
You have experience in understanding and designing employee journeys for international assignees, considering different mobility scenarios
You have experience in evaluating, recommending, and potentially contributing to the strategic development of technology solutions related to global mobility, such as relocation management systems, immigration tools, or data analytics platforms
