Job Description
In your new role your tasks will be:
- Leading and managing the electrical power module development team with 6 Directs/ People managers and approx. 70 employees across multiple locations, ensuring effective collaboration and communication and accelerating and improving our product development
- Overseeing electrical development, simulation and validation our products, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards
- Building strong relationships with our cross-functional teams such as product marketing, other engineering functions to ensure seamless integration and collaboration
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive innovation and competitiveness
- Driving digital transformation and adopting new technologies to stay ahead of the competition
- Fostering a culture of innovation, speed, learning, and collaboration within our teams , and support the personal and professional development of our employees

Furthermore, you are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree (master’s or PhD) in electrical engineering, physics or in a related field
- Strong experience in electrical engineering, power electronics and semiconductors including low, medium, and high voltage applications with at least 10+ years of relevant professional experience in R&D, technical marketing or similar department
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, characterized by exceptional transformational leadership skills that drive growth, innovation and team success
- Strong experience in working in a highly competitive environment , with a strong understanding of the power module development industry and its trends and challenges
- Strong understanding of electrical simulation and validation
- Fluent communication skills in English and German , additional language skills would be a plus
