Your tasks - What You can expect as Project Manager Global Engineering (f/m/d)?
Lead and support global engineering projects from concept to implementation, with a strong focus on technical excellence and CAPEX governance.
Act as a key interface for regional project teams, particularly in Asia, LATAM, and North America, ensuring cultural and regulatory fit.
Evaluate project requests and ensure alignment with Siegwerk’s global engineering standards and implementation timelines.
Define and implement global engineering KPIs and best practices across our international production network, including diagnostics and performance analysis in Projects & Engineering, Maintenance, and Energy.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including GSCM, Technology, Finance, and HSE to ensure seamless project execution.
Your profile - What do You bring as Project Manager Global Engineering (f/m/d)?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, combined with extensive experience in the printing ink industry.
Minimum 10 years of international project and engineering experience, including leadership roles in global organizations.
Deep technical expertise in ATEX, ventilation systems, energy efficiency, and ink production technologies.
Proven track record in managing complex, cross-regional engineering projects, including greenfield and brownfield developments.
Fluent in English and at least one Asian language (preferably Chinese) – essential for effective collaboration across Siegwerk’s global footprint.
