We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Digital Solution Architect to support our digital product teams in designing and evolving scalable, secure, and maintainable applications. This role is essential in shaping the technical foundation of our digital solutions by defining target architectures, documenting current systems, and guiding development teams in best practices across the software development lifecycle.
You will work closely with product owners and their development teams to ensure that our application frameworks are robust, future-proof, and aligned with business goals and will co-drive this journey with a dynamic and growing team that uses leading technology and works in a truly global setup to solve challenging problems, and develop new business solutions and digital products:
- Application Architecture Leadership: Define and evolve the target architecture for digital applications and frameworks. Provide architectural guidance and technical oversight during implementation phases. Conduct design reviews and code walkthroughs.
- Architecture Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including diagrams, data flows, interface definitions, and integration points.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with product teams to design end-to-end solutions for new features and services, ensuring architectural consistency and scalability.

Development Process Enablement: Support development teams in establishing and best practices in:
- Software design and modularization
- Code quality and maintainability
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- System monitoring, observability, and operational readiness
- Security & Compliance: Integrate cybersecurity best practices into all phases of the development lifecycle.
Who we are looking for
- Education
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience
- 5+ years of experience in solution or application architecture.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing cloud-native applications based on angular or similar technologies.
- Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and API-first design.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure
- Proven experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.

Architectural and Technical Skills
- Strong experience with architecture modelling tools and methodologies like UML
- Ability to define and manage non-functional requirements (e.g., scalability, availability, maintainability).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, with CI/CD tools and containerization.
- Hands-on experience in one or more programming languages: C#, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous messaging (e.g., Kafka, MQTT).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
- Strong understanding of secure software design, authentication/authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect), and data protection.
