We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can listen to unsettled payment claims issues, and offer solutions to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of negotiation skills with expertise on claims processing. The candidate will offer quick and accurate assistance to all customers.
About the role:
Contacting debtors in writing (mostly emails) regarding billing issues, claim outcomes and general client concerns.Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients.Responds to complex/difficult inquiries from both internal and external customers in an accurate and timely manner.Assists the claims supervisor with escalated calls.

Empathic listener and persuasive speaker.High sense of personal accountability.Ability to contribute expertise.Excellent problem-solving skills.Fluent in Dutch.
