The Compensation:
Our base salary for this role ranges between €57,000 and €65,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. On top of that, you can earn up to 40% annual bonus, tied to individual and company goals – making the total compensation package up to €79,000–€91,000.
Your Impact:
- Manage and support technical sales projects, guiding customers through the onboarding process and helping them leverage the full potential of our platform.
- Develop and deliver tailored, technically-focused sales materials and presentations that address customer needs across various manufacturing technologies.
- Build and maintain relationships by serving as the point of contact for customers, helping them navigate our platform and achieve project success.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of customer projects, addressing challenges and identifying opportunities for further engagement.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales within manufacturing companies, with a strong understanding of CNC machining, injection molding, or additive manufacturing
- You speak at least C1 level of English
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus
- Basic data analytics skills to support data-driven decision-making and customer targeting are also a plus.
