Job Title: Secretary / Translator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual individual for the dual role of Secretary / Translator. The ideal candidate is a proficient administrative professional with excellent language skills, capable of providing administrative support and translating documents and communications. You will be responsible for managing office operations, scheduling, and correspondence while ensuring accurate and effective communication across different languages.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Perform a wide range of administrative duties, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Translation & Interpretation: Translate documents, emails, and other written materials from one language to another. Provide real-time interpretation for meetings and conversations as needed.
Communication Management: Act as a key point of contact, handling incoming calls, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Record Keeping: Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and databases.
Office Coordination: Assist in coordinating office activities and events, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Desired Qualifications:
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role. Proven experience in translation is required.
Technical Skills: Fluency in [Specify Languages, e.g., English and Spanish], both written and verbal, is mandatory. Exceptional typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) are essential.
