Your responsibilities
- Optimal exploitation of our market potential and market-oriented implementation of the various sales measures in the target markets
- Conduct partner searches and coordinate due diligence, partner contracting, negotiation of contract terms
- Market and competitive analysis to improve understanding customers’ needs and business development supported by specific Plan of Actions
- Building and improving relationships with local partners
- Tender preparation, participation and communication
- Establishment and expansion of the sales network in the region to be served
- Monitoring of ordering and forecasting process and preparation of short-, medium- and long-term sales and profit planning
- Monitoring of sales related financial issues (e.g. credit limit, commissions, receivables, special shipping authorization)
- Preparing sales management data for internal purposes
- Defining product portfolios for the individual target markets
- Planning marketing and medical activities in cooperation with respective colleagues
- Development and implementation of regional registration strategy in alignment with Corporate Regulatory Affairs (CRA); scheduling and support of governmental audits/inspections
Your profile
- Profound experience in driving sales growth in complex business areas
- Experience in managing strategic partnerships that are critical to corporate objectives
- Confident interaction with stakeholders across departments and company boundaries
- Strategic thinking and diplomatic action to continuously strengthen relationships with
- external partners
- Strong customer focus with the desire to quickly meet customer needs
- Confident in dealing with commercial and technical complexity
- Very good written and spoken English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage
- Knowledge of other foreign languages and intercultural experience (e.g., living or working abroad) is an advantage
