Summary
We are looking for a “Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Professional (f/m/d)” for the “Talent Acquisition” department in Ulm as soon as possible.

In this position, you will work closely with our specialist departments to identify and attract the best talent for our vision. Your main tasks will include identifying and approaching suitable candidates, maintaining talent pools and actively handling application processes.

Your Tasks
  • Collaboration with the hiring managers, for example to determine the target group approach and finalize the documents for applicant selection
  • Managing job advertisements and their publication
  • Planning and executing the candidate sourcing strategy (e.g. checking the talent pool, deciding on active sourcing)
  • Conducting a screening and planning, organizing and conducting interviews to pre-select the shortlist of candidates (suitability of the applicant incl. security / export control requirements)
  • Preparing a selection of candidates for forwarding to the manager (qualified shortlist based on the applicant matrix) and scheduling the candidate interview(s)
  • Formulation and transmission of feedback and rejections to the candidate
  • Maintaining talent pools and regular contact with potential candidates to secure long-term talent
  • Active participation in the development and implementation of search strategies in active sourcing as well as independent approach and acquisition of talent via social networks and other online and offline channels
  • Creating reports and measuring success
  • Participation in recruiting events to actively attract new talent and network in order to strengthen the employer brand
Your Profile
  • Completed training or similar qualification
  • First professional experience (up to 3 years) in recruiting and active sourcing either in “in-house” recruiting or with a headhunter agency
  • Knowledge of recruiting methods and tools
  • Application of search strategies and implementation of recruiting campaigns
  • Results-oriented way of working with a high degree of intrinsic motivation
  • Service and service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
