- Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet der optischen Fertigungstechnologien und Prüfverfahren wünschenswert
- Kommunikations- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
- Exakte Arbeitsweise und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sehr gute EDV- Kenntnisse
- Teamfähigkeit
