We are looking for Site Simulator Operator to join our team at Bagira Germany.
This possition is a professional and hands-on role involving the daily operation of advanced simulation systems. We are looking for a responsible candidate with basic technological skills, strong communication abilities, motivation to learn, and the ability to work closely with technical and managerial personnel on site.
The role is dynamic and includes collaboration with both local and international teams, as well as responsibility for certain logistical aspects of the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily and professional operation of advanced and complex simulation systems according to the training schedule.
- Guiding and supporting users (trainees, instructors, and other operators) for optimal use of the systems.
- Monitoring and supervising the performance of on-site operators to ensure high-quality operation.
- Maintaining professional communication with commanders and instructors to align training needs with system capabilities.
- Working closely with the Site Manager to ensure precise and efficient execution of training plans.
- Coordinating with technical and professional staff to ensure 100% operational readiness of all systems and training content.
- Operating complex systems with a high level of motivation and basic technological capabilities.
- Supporting and handling general logistical responsibilities at the site.
Requirements:
- Relevant military background - a reservist officer with a command background.
- Background in simulation systems and training - advantage.
- Bachelor's degree- advantage.
- technological skills
- Full control of Excel, Word, Power Point
- Hebrew, English- must.
- Ukraine, German- advantage.
- Driving license holder.
- EU/EEA Work authorization required
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work full-time and extra
- The site located in Lehnin era (an hour from Berlin)
