You will ensure smooth daily operations, support the delivery of local highlight activations, and execute cross-category events throughout the year.
In your role, you will:
- Coordinate daily operational activities at the adidas Sports Base to ensure a high-quality visitor experience.
- Manage facility logistics, including maintenance schedules, supplier coordination, and equipment inventory
- Support the execution of concepts and activations for our weekly schedule and support on Base events from wrap-up to set-up
- Communicate across teams to connect all stakeholders, from clients to coaches and external suppliers. Be the first point of contact for coaches regarding billing and schedule changes.
- Reporting on monthly and quarterly numbers, project budgets within the given targets.
- Obtain offers from suppliers and service providers and manage procurement processes.
- Assist in the scheduling and coordination of event staff and freelancers.
- Share project status and progress with the project lead / relevant stakeholders regularly.
- Co-create ideas, concepts, and engagement strategies with different teams and clients.
- Prepare presentations, checklists, and post-activation reporting.
- Enhance client and product reception in the city through strong operational delivery.
- Proactively optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Experienced: 2–3 years in operations, facility coordination, sports location schedueling, event or relevant education (e.g., Ausbildung – Veranstaltungskaufmann/-frau).
- Hands-on: You enjoy working on-site, solving problems, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Organized: Able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without losing attention to detail.
- Communication-driven: Business-level skills in both German and English.
- Customer-oriented: Strong service mindset and ability to anticipate needs.
