Your tasks
The Tire Research and Development department at our location in Hanover-Stöcken is responsible for the quality of our development processes.
In this exciting environment, we are offering a mandatory internship starting from November 2025. For the best possible learning experience, the internship should be 6 months long. A combination of voluntary and mandatory internships is feasible, with the mandatory part lasting at least 12 weeks.
Tasks include:
- Collaboration in the further development of quality-related trainings, including support in the implementation
- Participation in the improvement of the product development process of tires based on analyses of the existing data, e.g. on the development results and market performance
- Support in the development of meaningful quality indicators
- Collaboration in the further development of Continental knowledge management (Yokoten)
Your profile
- Students (m/f/diverse) in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics or comparable study programs
- Ideally with a focus/specialization in Data Science, Quality Management
- Desirable: Knowledge of data processing in Tableau or PowerBI
- Basic knowledge of database techniques
- Confident handling of MS Office-applications
- Very good language skills in German and English, both written and spoken
- Collaborative mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Systematic and organized work style
