Monitor BOT performances and support CoE while finding solutions for possible BOT issues or improvements
Create and maintain reporting over BOT performance
Taking over the BOT Manager role of two BOTs in production and supporting CoE during the development of new automation solutions for the invoice verification process

Several years of professional experience in the shipping industry
Good knowledge of the maritime industry
Leadership skills and experience and the ability to guide and motivate team members in a positive working atmosphere
Very good analytical skills, combined with a process-oriented way of thinking
Strong management skills, especially in organization and planning
Confident appearance as well as independent communication with internal and external partners
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Experienced in the process of transformation and digitalization of invoice processing preferred
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Good knowledge of FIS, SAP and QlikSense
Knowledge of Alteryx preferred
