You’ll act as a strategic business partner whose sharp analyses and forward-thinking insights directly influence decision-making. Strategic Controlling of Subsidiaries
Take full ownership of controlling for one of our e-commerce brands – from planning to reporting
Conduct in-depth financial analyses that directly support high-impact business decisions
Intelligent Reporting
Design meaningful reports and KPI dashboards
Perform variance analyses and investment calculations that provide real clarity
Future Planning
Coordinate and manage budgeting and forecasting processes
Play an active role in shaping company strategy with your financial expertise
Business Partnership
Serve as a trusted advisor to management and key departments
Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations
Innovation & Optimization
Continuously develop and refine our controlling systems and processes
Contribute to exciting projects such as M&A transactions or sustainability reporting
What You Bring
Your Expertise:
Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in controlling, ideally with a focus on subsidiaries
Excellent knowledge of SAP and Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus
Your Strengths:
Strong analytical mindset and structured, results-driven working style
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Proactive, flexible, and service-oriented
Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month to our subsidiaries in Germany
