Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and/or similar sciences
Having minimum 3 years of experience
Experience in Performance Management, productivity and continuous improvement methodologies highly desirable
Experience is needed to collaborate with operations managers across all levels.
Must be dynamic and goal orientated; enabling site teams to work accordingly to the plan
The ability to influence without formal authority is required strongly / significantly in this role
Familiarity with Operations Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Problem Solving Methodologies, CAPA Management) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced level in both written and spoken English
Job Description:
Leading OMS FC implementations within the business.
Coaching Account Leadership teams on OMS FC elements and principles on the job.
Ensuring targets are properly set for objectives & KPIs - support the maintenance.
Supporting the implementation and maintenance of performance management and job standardization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
Maintain communication and collaboration with colleagues in other clusters and lead joint projects.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to promote a culture of continuous improvement, leading and supporting Continuous Improvement within the business
Track and manage OMS FC culture dashboard, providing visibility to the teams and account leaders.
