About the Role
As a Wellbeing Programs Advisor, you’ll serve as the connection between individuals seeking meaningful personal growth and our premium wellbeing offerings. You’ll engage with warm leads—people who have already expressed interest—and guide them through structured, consultative conversations to explore their challenges, goals, and readiness for our programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with individuals who have requested information about our wellbeing programs.
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand their goals, challenges, and readiness.
- Assess qualification for our high-ticket personal development programs.
- Maintain clear and accurate records in our CRM system.
- Provide insights to continuously optimize our client engagement process.
- Collaborate with a high-performing global team while working independently.
- Follow our proven client engagement framework and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, entrepreneurship, or client engagement roles.
- Strong, confident communicator with a warm, empathetic, and professional approach.
- Excellent time and pipeline management; highly organized and self-driven.
