We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Legal Operations Specialist to join our high-performing, dynamic legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team where innovation meets purpose—and your work directly enables our legal team (and the business) to move smarter and faster and you will help drive real impact. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our legal tech ecosystem—ensuring tools are running smoothly, processes are optimized, and our teams are empowered to do their best work from the legal standpoint.
What you'll be doing
- Be the go-to person for our legal tech stack—including Ironclad (CLM), Jira (Legal Helpdesk), and DocuSign—providing first-line support and day-to-day administration
- Partner with the Legal team and cross-functional stakeholders to implement new features and improvements of the legal tech stack, driving adoption and delivering value
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows, making legal support faster and easier to access for Staffbase
- Build and maintain clear documentation and training to help teams across Staffbase make the most of our legal tools
- Ensure that legal knowledge—like templates, guidance, and policies—is up-to-date and easy to find for everyone who needs it
- Support the development of legal reporting and KPIs that showcase the team's impact
- Help drive projects to streamline processes, improve collaboration, and scale our legal operations as Staffbase grows
What you need to be successful
- 1+years experience gained within Legal Operations / Revenue Operations / Product Operations or a similar position
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you're confident liaising across functions and explaining complex tools or concepts in a simple way
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Solid understanding or desire to learn legal tech platforms (bonus if you've worked with Ironclad or CLM tools before!)
- Analytical thinking and a natural curiosity to improve systems and solve problems
A basic grasp of legal concepts like contracts, compliance, privacy, and risk is a nice-to-have
