Your Responsibilities – Challenge Meets Responsibility:
- You prepare orders and process them professionally within your area of responsibility
- As a technical leader, you supervise the team in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflows
- You act as an interface between the specialist department, scheduling, and team management, ensuring the necessary resources such as personnel and materials are available
- With your technical knowledge and innovative mindset, you drive improvements in processes and machinery in your area
- Outside of campaign phases, you also contribute your expertise to other operational processes within the department
Your Profile – Competence Meets Personality:
- Completed vocational training in the agriculture sector, machine and plant operation, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in plant breeding or an industrial environment
- Experience in machine operation, ideally in the area of application technology, as well as with digital warehouse management systems
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Reliable and results-oriented working style combined with strong communication and organizational skills
- A sense of responsibility, flexibility, and a strong innovative spirit for digital solutions
- Fluent German and basic English skills
