Key Account Assistant (f/m/d)
(Full time or Part time)
You will support our Sales Team in all internal and external administrative and organizational tasks. For our customers, you will be a key point of contact, handling their inquiries and requests. You play a pivotal role in coordinating multiple efforts, acting as the interface between various departments to ensure effective information exchange.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support for the Key Account Management Team: Assist in the S&OP+ process, promotion and volume planning, as well as maintaining customer agreements
- Data Management: Manage and maintain master data for customers and products in our system to ensure smooth and accurate operations
- Sales Documents and Presentations: Prepare sales documents and presentations for customer meetings, and create reports and analyses
- Customer Communication: Serve as a bridge between customers and our company, ensuring customer needs and requests are handled appropriately
- Market Analysis: Support in conducting market analyses and monitoring the competition to identify potential opportunities and risks, contributing to strategy development
- Internal Process Coordination: Work closely with other departments such as logistics, marketing, and sales to ensure smooth processes and the optimal satisfaction of customer needs
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed a commercial education or equivalent training
- Experience in Key Account Management, sales support, or customer service within the FMCG sector is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both customers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills, especially under high workload conditions
- Analytical mindset and good proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- A team player (f/m/d) with a proactive, service-oriented approach
- Fluency in German and good English skills; additional languages are a plus but not mandatory
