We’re looking for a Junior Sales Ops to help us improve how our sales and partnerships team works every day. You’ll learn how affiliate partnerships work, help grow our business, and support a fast-moving team with smart processes and tools.
What You’ll Do 🎯
Help with partner outreach campaigns to bring in new business.
Support the setup and improvement of sales processes like onboarding and commission tracking.
Do research on potential partners and market trends to support sales strategy.
Keep our CRM clean and updated to help the team work efficiently.
Track data from campaigns and turn insights into helpful suggestions.
Create simple tools and docs to support the sales and partnership teams.
What You’ll Bring 💡
Some experience building or improving workflows (e.g. in internships, uni projects, or junior roles).
Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Strong written communication skills for emails and simple internal docs.
Curious and analytical mindset—you enjoy using data to learn and improve.
Proactive and hands-on—you like fixing things when you see a problem.
Bonus: Any exposure to partnerships, B2B sales, or affiliate marketing is great.
