Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Infield Support Technician to join our team in the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, and Austria). This role involves installing, training, providing technical support, and ensuring customer success for our FieldBee systems among dealers and end-users. The candidate must be Mother Tongue in German and fluent in English, possess experience in GNSS and guidance solutions within digital agriculture, and (preferred) have an agronomic background.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation: Install and configure FieldBee GNSS and guidance systems on various agricultural machinery (mainly tractor and combine harvesters), ensuring optimal performance.
  • Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for dealers and end-users, enabling them to effectively operate and maintain our systems.
  • Technical Support: Provide timely on-site and remote technical assistance to address and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
  • Customer Success: Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions.
  • Feedback Loop: Communicate customer feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement of our offerings.

Location of work: South Germany


Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Mother Tonge German and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience: Proven experience in GNSS and guidance solutions within the digital agriculture sector.
  • Preferred Agronomic Background: Educational background in agronomy or related field is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of precision farming technologies and their applications, as well as installation on agriculture machinery.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
