- Supporting in enhancing internal HR processes, including talent acquisition
- Organising and updating employee records and data
- Responding effectively to inquiries about HR-related matters such as policies and benefits
- Maintaining feedback processing in collaboration with our HRIS
- Generating reports using Excel for record-keeping and organisation
- Identifying metrics and improving coordination methods
- Keeping documentation accurate and up-to-date
- Helping organise team events and assisting in general office management
- Assisting in tracking and organising payroll

- You are currently studying economics, humanities, or social sciences and can work with us for at least two semesters
- You have excellent language skills in both English and German
