As a subsidiary, epro GmbH is part of the globally active Emerson Electric Co. group based in St. Louis, USA. With around 130 employees at the Gronau site, our company develops and manufactures monitoring systems for rotating machines as a global partner.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an HR Administrator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible, either full-time or part-time (at least 25 hours per week). In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Managing and handling personnel matters throughout the entire employee life cycle (from onboarding to offboarding)
- Maintaining personnel files and the HR system
- Supporting the monitoring of time sensitive aspects (e.g., probation periods, fixed-term contracts, vacation entitlements).
- Participating in HR projects and contributing to the development of HR processes
- Assisting with the implementation of labor law requirements
- Supporting the HR administration department and acting as an interface to payroll and the HR operations team
- Document management including preparation of works council hearings, drafting and tracking contracts, addendums, contract amendments, and standard letters
- Corresponding with external entities, e.g., social security agencies, tax offices, employment agencies, etc.
- Actively contributing to various administrative topics and (digitalization) projects

You are absolutely trustworthy, have a good eye for detail and feel at home in employment law. You are motivated by challenges and enjoy process improvements, regular communication and working with people.
For this Role, You Will Need:
- Completed administrative apprenticeship (ideally training with an HR background (e.g. HR administrator))
- Very good knowledge of German (C2) and good written and spoken English (B2)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in HR administration
- Sound knowledge of labor and social security law, initial experience in collective bargaining law
- Confident handling of MS Office, ideally experience with a common HR tool
- Planning and organizational talent with a passion for teamwork and the ability to set priorities even in hectic phases
- Structured, reliable and independent way of working
- High level of discretion and sense of responsibility
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Experience with collective bargaining law
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
