Make an Impact by:

  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our complete eMSP product portfolio, including white-label solutions for OEMs and our ChargeNOW fleet products, with full P&L responsibility.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performance, international sales team to achieve market leadership across 31 European markets.
  • Drive business development to win new, high-value enterprise accounts with major global OEMs and large-scale fleet operators.
  • Build and maintain strong, senior-level relationships with key clients and strategic partners, positioning DCS as their essential e-mobility partner.
  • Manage a data-driven sales process, including setting clear KPIs, accurate forecasting, and regular performance reporting to management.
  • Provide critical market and competitor insights to help shape the strategy for our eMSP and white-label product offerings.

Your Profile:

  • A highly motivated and results-oriented sales leader with a natural drive to win and a strong passion for the e-mobility industry.
  • A minimum of 10 years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of leading and scaling international sales teams.
  • Extensive experience and a strong network within the e-mobility and EV charging industry is essential. Your background includes selling complex platform solutions or white-label services to automotive OEMs or large commercial fleets; a strong understanding of API-driven business models and products is a major plus.
  • A verifiable track record of consistently exceeding sales targets through complex, high-value contract negotiations across multiple European countries.
  • You possess a strong appetite and willingness for frequent international travel across Europe to meet with clients, partners, and your team.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing market.
  • Business fluency in English is mandatory, with outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in other European languages, such as German or French, is a significant plus.
