Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Ensures alignment with regional and global functions to meet the German Commercial Excellence agenda; managing multiplicity of above-country and in-country stakeholders; ensure agreed and impactful priorities and best-practice sharing towards building the best-in-class commercial organization.
- Leverage above-country support, set-up of effective utilization of above-country Hubs, managing Hub service, quality and securing seamless processes and outcomes across Hubs and internal structures. All activities and processes are derived in maximizing effectiveness and productivity of commercial teams.
- Ensures data procurement, governance and management, data analytics and data-driven insights generation as well as business partnering for implementing conclusions. Secures high-quality yet efficient and Commercial excellence data landscape for Germany. Always proactively seeks to work with the GCO in India to drive efficiencies and simplification of the analytical landscape.
- Ensures high standards of Field Force excellence/ operations through continuous assessment/monitoring of organizational sales process productivity, effectiveness and quality vs defined standards. Directs all launch-related activities from a sales operation’s perspective.
- Leads the development of market insights, works with BU Heads to translate them into actionable plans, with aligned performance objectives and measurements.
- Lead the CRM Operations team in operating the Customer Relationship Management System and the management of corresponding data. Key interface for emerging technology landscape and how Germany can lead in productivity gains in future solutions through the most meaningful channels ie RTE, Order Management etc (i.e. STEP)
- Lead projects such as Customer Engagement Program and initiatives to optimize customer experience or customer relationship development.
- Enhance the various competencies via centralized capability agenda across sales, marketing, medical & Market Access Training and build a robust Sales & Marketing organization.
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios within 24 hours of receipt.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- 8+ Experience in Commercial Experience or similar data-and-insights driven position
- Expertise in Data management, insights generation
- Superior communication and collaboration capabilities with a multiplicity of diverse stakeholders
- Experience in outsourcing activities into global Hubs
- Experience in leading larger (multidisciplinary) teams, ideally 2nd line leadership experience
- Knowledge of German and English languages
