Flying Doctor - Field Service Technician

• Maintenance of customer vehicles, troubleshooting and rectification with the support of SBC,
• Continuing contact with customers and authorised workshops in the assigned area,
• Cooperating and coordinating with different departments in Solaris (escpecially with Service, Warranty, Spare Parts),
• Coordinating and operating the entire vehicle repair process,
• Reporting to the internal departments to improve the quality of SOLARIS products through designated systems (eSNote),
• Further development of theoretical and practical knowledge through participation in training courses, seminars and trade fairs.

• Min. 3 years of experience in commercial vehicle / bus repair or heavy vehicle repair,
• Experience and / or ability to work closely with customers
• Technical education background
• German on B2/C1 level is must have, good command of English would be a huge advantage
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
• Willingness to travel,
• Team player with good communication skills
