Job Description
- Maintenance of customer vehicles, troubleshooting and rectification with the support of SBC,
- Continuing contact with customers and authorised workshops in the assigned area,
- Cooperating and coordinating with different departments in Solaris (escpecially with Service, Warranty, Spare Parts),
- Coordinating and operating the entire vehicle repair process,
- Reporting to the internal departments to improve the quality of SOLARIS products through designated systems (eSNote),
- Further development of theoretical and practical knowledge through participation in training courses, seminars and trade fairs.
Qualifications
- Min. 3 years of experience in commercial vehicle / bus repair or heavy vehicle repair,
- Experience and / or ability to work closely with customers
- Technical education background
- German on B2/C1 level is must have, good command of English would be a huge advantage
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
- Willingness to travel,
- Team player with good communication skills
