About The Position
We’re looking for a passionate and versatile Field Marketer to join our team and lead field marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you’ll be responsible for building and executing regional programs that engage prospects, support pipeline, and elevate Upwind’s brand presence.
You’ll own field marketing efforts across EMEA, helping shape how we show up in the region. While you’ll operate independently day-to-day, you’ll be supported by a collaborative global marketing team and cross-functional partners who are invested in your success.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field marketing programs across EMEA, including executive events, customer meetups, trade shows, and industry conferences
- Partner closely with sales and demand generation to build pipeline and accelerate opportunities across key markets
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop prospecting lists for campaigns and regional outreach
- Assist in maintaining and updating our WordPress website with localized event and campaign content
- Own end-to-end logistics, vendor relationships, and promotional materials for regional events (in-person, hybrid, and virtual)
- Tailor messaging and campaign execution to resonate with local audiences while staying aligned with global brand and product positioning
- Integrate digital tactics (email, webinars, paid social, intent-based outreach) to maximize event reach and engagement
- Track, measure, and analyze program performance; provide insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI
- Build and nurture Upwind’s brand presence within key EMEA tech hubs and cloud security communities
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in field or event marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company—preferably in cybersecurity, DevOps, or infrastructure software
- Proven ability to independently run regional programs that generate and accelerate pipeline
- Comfortable collaborating with sales teams to support outreach and prospecting initiatives
- Familiarity with content management systems (such as WordPress) and a willingness to assist with light website updates
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator—comfortable working across sales, product, and creative teams
- Able to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Willingness to travel across EMEA to support event execution and regional engagement
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to local market dynamics
- Bonus: Fluency in additional EMEA languages such as German, French, Spanish, Hebrew, or Arabic
