We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to Vice President Partner Platform and Vice President Partner Tech to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will blend strategic insight with operational excellence, thriving in a fast-paced environment. With close to 600 employees, your role is fundamental in driving the productivity and effectiveness of our VPs and their teams.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Enhance the VPs effectiveness by managing high-impact priorities, building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, and focusing on strategic objectives.
Maintain extensive and dynamic calendars, organize daily schedules, and provide comprehensive administrative support.
Manage complex logistics for international travel, ensuring seamless arrangements from transportation and accommodations to detailed agendas.
Develop and execute impactful events aligned with organizational goals, promoting team cohesion and stakeholder engagement.
Facilitate robust connections within the VPs direct staffs and ensure alignment with the broader team’s goals and initiatives.

You have experience in executive support roles, particularly in supporting senior leadership in global, large-scale organizations.
