We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is composed of over 100 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to write Yepoda’s story actively.
Are you passionate about bringing people together through unforgettable experiences? We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Event Specialist to join our team, focusing on planning and executing events that create lasting impressions and drive brand engagement.
Your Tasks
As an Event Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing a variety of events that showcase Yepoda's brand. Your responsibilities will include:
Conceptualizing and executing brand events, such as store openings to influencer activations, product launch events, or brand activations
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure event objectives align with marketing campaigns
Managing event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and event timelines.
Building relationships with external partners and our PR agency to drive event success, with a focus on Spanish brand communications and PR
Gathering feedback and measuring the impact of events on brand awareness and customer engagement
Your Profile
Proven experience in event planning, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Creative thinker with a passion for delivering memorable experiences
Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus
Experience in communications and pr management is a plus
