Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir zur Unterstützung des Teams in Hamburg einen Customer Engagement Supply Chain Specialist (m/w/d).
Dein Aufgabenbereich:
- Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der Customer Supply Chain Strategie DACH-Region
- Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit den nationalen Handelspartnern (Lebensmitteleinzelhandel, Drogerie etc.)
- Enge Abstimmung mit dem Key Account Management
- Analyse und Realisierung von Einsparpotenzialen und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Kennzahlenanalyse und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
- Internationale Zusammenarbeit und Projektarbeit
- Situative Unterstützung des Kundenservice im Tagesgeschäft
- Aufbau von Expertenwissen in für die Supply Chain relevanten System- und Prozessthemen
Voraussetzungen:
- Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik
- Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Logistik, Demand Planning und/oder Key Account Management
- Expertenkenntnisse der Abläufe in der Supply Chain
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Kommunikativer, sehr ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsstil
- Verhandlungssicherheit auf allen Hierarchieebenen
- Sicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP und Excel
Diese Position ist befristet für 18 Monate zu besetzen.
