Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Be Responsible for Backend TCR*/LTCR process, suggest improvements for digitalization, coordinate and execute changes with respective stakeholders
- Coordinate a global TCR timeline , align all relevant inputs with cluster organizations for the annual TCR calculation (SAP S4Hana and non-SAPS4Hana sites), as well as when updates are decided
- Improve TCR template for data consolidation, prepare presentation for annual target review and ad-hoc analysis requests from management
- Support Backend central guidelines and central cost down measures initiatives
- Support digitalization projects in general, finance or cross functional projects (*TCR= target cost roadmap)
Your Profile
As a Controller Backend Central Finance, you recognize and seize potential for improving efficiency with dedication. Furthermore, you work conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient. Lastly, you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or comparable
- At least 3 years of experience in finance controlling
- Ability to think in an analytical and structured way and to work across functions in a multi-cultural environment
- Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP S4Hana) and affinity to work with IT system/applications
- Speak both English and German fluently and feel comfortable in an international environment
