The TikTok LIVE Operations team is seeking a dynamic, high-performing Business Development Manager with a proven ability to identify and acquire emerging agencies and entrepreneurs across Italy. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and strategically recruit emerging agencies, entrepreneurs, and organizations in Germany to join the TikTok LIVE ecosystem.
- Build and leverage a strong network of entrepreneurs to spot potential partners with high growth potential.
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring and nurturing partnerships with agencies that align with TikTok LIVE’s goals.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of acquired partners, ensuring alignment with TikTok’s objectives.
Provide insights and feedback to optimize partnership acquisition strategies and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on operational goals and support partner success.
- Stay updated on market trends and entrepreneurial developments within Germany to identify new opportunities.
