Accounting Clerk in Full-Time

Your Tasks

• To manage part of the accounting tasks such as bank statements, incoming invoices, credit control, recharge, travel expenses and administrative reports
• To support the Manager and colleagues in the accounting department
• To experience wide knowledge and tasks of accounting in first few years
• Support and give advice to sales department through credit, foreign currency exchange risk, business transaction flow
• Expand skills through process improvement by defining system requirement with IT department, such as Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Power BI), interfacing with bank or other module systems

Our Requirements

Experience

• Knowledge of accounting related tasks is essential
• Working experience in accounting or financial job over minimum 2 years

• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken is essential
• Data processing in MS Excel
• Accounting related certificate and/or training

• To co-work with accounting team and sales teams in the company
• Ambitious to find solutions for problems
• Open to take over new tasks to gain more experience
• Interest not only in accounting but in business itself
• To enjoy intercultural communication
