What you'll do
- Contribute to project management activities by ensuring compliance with guidelines, providing feedback, and helping achieve project goals and deadlines
- Take responsibility for preparing and sharing meeting minutes, ensuring clear and effective communication within the team
- Play an active role in onboarding and offboarding project team members, focusing on improving processes and enhancing efficiency
- Oversee the entire process of purchase requests and orders, ensuring smooth and effective procurement workflows
- Support the Department Lead/Director and the team with administrative tasks, such as status reporting and project coordination
Who you are
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, ideally in Business or IT, with initial experience in project management or familiarity with PMO tasks
- Known for being proactive, organized, and efficient, with a strong ability to contribute to project success
- A hands-on mentality and assertiveness help you tackle challenges and take initiative
- Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork make collaboration with others enjoyable and productive
- Excellent observation and listening skills allow you to understand project requirements and objectives in detail
