We are looking for a highly motivated working student to support our Group HR Global Learning and Skill Management team as soon as possible. The position is a great opportunity for students to get to know various HR areas, as well as our E.ON headquarters with a strong international, cross-functional and digital focus in the sense of personal development. - Support the design and implementation of our future central leadership development portfolio (blended learning and training offers, coaching, etc.) in close collaboration with HR experts, internal stakeholders like Communications as well as external partners
- Take responsibility for communication activities to drive a common leadership mindset and to ensure standard leadership quality at E.ON
- Support with conceptualizing, implementing, and monitoring our activities to rollout a new groupwide Skill Management approach and digital end-to-end skill management process
- Contribute to our thought leadership in leadership development and skill management, e.g. by bringing in current trends and therewith driving innovation
- Create various enablement material to drive a L&D culture change as well as to enable the business in the respective new processes and products
- Support the Vice President of Global Learning and Skill Management and our L&D experts with various stakeholder communication material and preparation of meetings, e.g. works council, HR leadership community
A convincing background
- Studied/majored in Business administration – HR or Marketing, Media and Communication Management, Communication Psychology, Digital/ IT or Digital Media
- Work experience in similar areas (e.g. through internships or working student jobs)
- Self-sufficient, able to work on own initiative
- Team and customer-oriented
- Digital savvy
- Knowledge in Office 365 / Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Social Media
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
