Working Student (f/m/x) Entrepreneurship & Tech Programs at TUM Venture Labs – 16-20 h/week
Deine Aufgaben
- Plan and execute the exclusive Student Tech Track program in close collaboration with the Program Manager, guiding participants from onboarding through final milestone achievements.
- Develop compelling workshop content, deliver sessions, and systematically evaluate feedback to refine and enhance each workshop’s impact.
- Be the contact for participants: maintain proactive communication, identify their needs, and provide tailored support throughout the program.
- Coordinate and host sessions with external speakers, mentors, and domain experts, handling all logistics and briefings to ensure high-value contributions.
- Design and organize community events that connect Student Tech Track participants with the wider student community, fostering networking, collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Dein Profil
- Master Student with practical working experience as a working student, intern, or junior researcher.
- Study background in business / entrepreneurship, computer sciences or a related field.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with clear enthusiasm for deep-tech innovation and the ability to work self-reliantly on new topics.
- Motivation and openness to get to know the emerging startup region of Heilbronn and to work with a team and stakeholders at the campus in Heilbronn on site.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and basic communication skills in German with a high level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations.
