What you'll do
As a working student (f/m/d) in the Strategic Projects Team, you will support the team in various communication and administrative tasks. You will be part of a technology-focused team that works on projects coming directly from our executives and senior management.
In this role, you will support the team in the following areas:
- Maintain and regularly update the team’s internal website to ensure content remains accurate, engaging, and aligned with team goals.
- Conceptualize, design, and produce creative assets for a range of communication needs - such as infographics, marketing materials, newsletters, blog posts, and teaser videos to showcase demos and project highlights.
- Support the Head of Strategic Projects with communication deliverables, including emails, LinkedIn posts, interviews, and presentation content.
- Assist in administrative and organizational tasks, including planning events and contributing to broader team initiatives.
What you bring
- Currently enrolled as a student in Media Science, Communications, Marketing or related field.
- Good skills in Microsoft PowerPoint plus good knowledge of photo/video editing tools.
- Fluent in both English and German, with strong verbal and written communication, editorial, and storytelling skills.
- Creative thinker with an eye for visual arrangements and a drive to develop and execute new ideas.
- Eager to learn about new technologies and to familiarize with various customer profiles.
- Reliable, open-minded, independent work style, with strong interpersonal team-working skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing environments.
Meet your team
At Strategic Projects, as part of the CTO area, we are driving forward SAP’s development excellence by implementing cutting-edge and strategically relevant solutions for pressing topics. In addition, we provide expertise with tech evaluations and develop proof-of-concepts for strategic technology topics. Our team consists of about 65 colleagues who are students, young professionals, and experienced professionals in the areas of software development, design, project management and team/management assistance. We work in teams that are mainly located in Potsdam/Berlin and Walldorf and collaborate closely with other SAP teams to realize our mission.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
