Join us on this exciting journey to shape the future of sustainability at Siemens Mobility. Make your mark, drive change, and be part of a team that's creating a more sustainable world.

What do you contribute?

As a working student (f/m/d) in our Strategic Sustainability team, you will contribute to our Green Gym initiative, which supports sustainable business practices by fostering knowledge and transferring skills into our core value chain. Your focus will be on designing and implementing a training program centered around key sustainability topics, tailored for a target group with the greatest potential to drive impact.

  • Champion Sustainability: Be at the forefront of Siemens Mobility’s sustainability efforts by supporting our internal sustainability training program. You’ll explore a wide range of high-priority topics on our sustainability agenda and help bring them to life through impactful learning experiences.
  • Shape the Future: Collaborate closely with internal experts (f/m/d) to co-create and continuously evolve our sustainability training offerings. Your input will help ensure the content remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with Siemens Mobility’s strategic goals.
  • Drive Learning Excellence: Apply modern business didactics to shape the look and feel of our training materials. You’ll also contribute to making these learning assets accessible and visible through internal tools and communication channels.

What do you bring along?

  • You are currently studying in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Training Didactics, Marketing/Video production, or Sustainability - and sustainability is a key focus area of yours.
  • You have initial experience as a working student (f/m/d) or intern (f/m/d) in relevant roles—ideally with a focus on didactics—and are available to work approximately 15 hours per week.
  • You are proficient in MS Office tools, capable of presenting complex information clearly and managing stakeholders in a dynamic environment. Experience with Synthesia, Articulate, or similar AI-based graphical applications is a plus.
  • You have a strong interest in creative and outstanding learning experiences and are passionate about creating and maintaining training assets that foster employee knowledge.
  • International experience and intercultural awareness are valuable assets you bring to the team.
  • You are fluent in English; German language skills are a welcome bonus.
